With a history dating back to 1989, Avalon Communications continues to be the best at single-point-of-contact technical service support and customer service. From the beginning, Avalon believed that creating a work environment where individuals are respected and are important to our mission would lead to the highest level of customer service. In twenty three years we have had very little employee turnover, leading to consistency and the best in customer satisfaction.

Avalon Communications is the initial service provider company to offer flat rate pricing for installation and repair service to AT&T small business systems in the western region, installing more than 3,300 systems, servicing more than 17,000 repair tickets and 12,000 MAC orders. Avalon continues to use a flat rate pricing structure and a single-point-of-contact service model to successfully support small companies as well as Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.

Our team is comprised of six owner operators and a full time, trained and talented workforce, with the expertise to efficiently manage projects on local and national levels to produce high performance results. Our team has experience with systems and technology from XY stepper switch relay phone systems to the most advanced integrated VOIP systems, as well all distribution and transmission media, for inside and outside plant applications to support current and legacy systems.
